Past Layouts

Version 11

This is the current layout. I didn’t want to change the previous layout, but the site was now over 10 years old, so I needed a new design to reflect that. The headers were once again designed by the lovely Girl Jay at EDGE Design.

Version 10

This layout was online from December 27, 2016 until May 17, 2017. It featured 002 beautiful brand new headers from EDGE Design, to help celebrate a decade — 10 years! — of being online.

Version 9

This layout included the basic header from the previous layout, as well as a brand new theme from MonicaNDesign — which meant that the site was now fully mobile responsive! The layout remained online for over a year.

Version 8

This layout was designed by Ray — it was launched to celebrate 7 years online, and so the bright colours were perfect! It also used a brand new photoshoot of Amy from Vanity Fair magazine. The layout was launched on February 11, 2014 and remained online for over a year.

Version 7

This layout was designed by Amanda — it felt like it was time for a ‘fresh look’ & I had come across Amanda’s design site & liked her themes. The rest, as they say, is history! It was launched on November 25, 2012 and remained online until February 11, 2014. I’m particularly in love with the header; the blending is gorgeous & really showcases the fact that this is an Amy Acker fansite!

Version 6

This layout was once again designed by the lovely Laura — I’d been wanting a layout with these pictures for a while; one of my favourite photoshoots of Amy, and I’m happy to say, Laura succeeded! It was launched on July 29, 2010 and remained online until November 25, 2012.

Version 5

This layout was designed by the lovely Laura — despite the previous layout only being online for several months (which makes a change!) I decided to change it again to combat the not-so-Summery weather we were having. It was launched on July 31, 2009, and remained online until July 29. 2010. Everyone seems to like the new layout especially with it being a change from the ‘norm’ and, personally, I love the colours and space!

Version 4

This layout was once again designed by the lovely Mycah — I wanted a ‘fresh’ look to reflect the domain change/server move and Mycah was kind enough to design this simple, yet striking layout. It was launched on April 1, 2009, and remained online until July 31, 2009. The darker colours are a change from the previous version but it also reflects the final stage of incorporating WordPress; widgets!

Version 3

This layout was also designed by Mycah and featured the expansion of the site content — I’d been learning more and more about WordPress; a very nifty management system, and so was able to incorporate the site content into the layout. It was launched on April 25, 2008, and remained online until April 1, 2009. I love this layout as the lighter colours were a welcome change — I wasn’t actually expecting to change the layout, but I was wowed!

Version 2

This layout was designed by Mycah and featured the switch to WordPress (from cutenews) as well as the full version of the site. It was launched on July 25, 2007, and remained online until April 25, 2008. I loved this layout because it was different in terms of the blending and the colours, and although somewhat dark, they actually worked together very well.

Version 1

This layout was designed by myself, Angie. It was launched on January 19, 2007, and remained online until July 25, 2007. While people liked the colours and the blending, I grew tired of the layout very quickly, but at the time, I didn’t have enough spare time to change the layout or work on the site fully — it was launched as a temporary version, and although the gallery was online, the content itself was limited.
